Lonely Parrots Give Thanks, Their Prayers Are Finally Answered.
A lady goes to her priest one day and tells him, “Father, I have a problem.
I have two female parrots, but they only know how to say one thing.”
“What do they say?”, the priest inquired.
“They say, “Hi, we’re hookers! Do you want to have some fun?”
“That’s obscene!” the priest exclaimed; then he thought for a moment.
“You know,” he said, “I may have a solution to your problem. I have two male talking parrots, which I have taught to pray and read the Bible. Bring your two parrots over to my house, and we’ll put them in the cage with Frank and Jacob. My parrots can teach your parrots to pray and worship, and your parrots are sure to stop saying that phrase in no time.”
“Thank you,” the woman responded, “this may very well be the solution.”
The next day, she brought her female parrots to the priest’s house. As he ushered her in, she saw his two male parrots inside their cage, holding rosary beads and praying. Impressed, she walked over and placed her parrots in with them.
After a few minutes, the female parrots cried out in unison: “Hi, we’re hookers! Do you want to have some fun?”
There was a stunned silence. Shocked, one male parrot looked over at the other male parrot and exclaimed, “Put the beads away, Frank, our prayers have finally been answered!”
We don’t know who wrote it but this was sent to us by, Detta, my 87 year old Buddhist mother who lives in England.

Think On This When Next Ya Wanna Dis Your Doctors.
Morris the loudmouth mechanic was removing the cylinder heads from the motor of a car when he spotted the famous heart surgeon Dr. Michael DeBakey, who was standing off to the side, waiting for the service manager to come take a look at his Mercedes. Morris shouted across the garage, “Hey DeBakey! Is dat you? “Come on ova’ here a minute.” The famous surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to where Morris the mechanic was working on the car. Morris straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked argumentatively, “So Mr. Fancy Doctor, look at dis here work. I also open hearts, take valves out, grind ‘em, put in new parts, and when I finish dis baby will purr like a kitten. So how come you get da big bucks, when you an’ me is doing basically da same work?” Dr. DeBakey leaned over and whispered to Morris the loudmouth mechanic. “Try doing it with the engine running.”

99.99 Years Of Healthy Humor Keeps Herb Going. His Anti-Aging Formula?

Who has the best anti-aging solution? A few months ago a friend of ours, named Jeff Hutner of www.NewParadigmDigest.com was lunching at a local Ojai restaurant with his father, Herb, who will be turning 100 on December 21st. They bumped in to an old friend Herb hadn’t seen for a while who complimented him on his obvious vitality and good health. This friend told them that his own 92 year old father believed that bananas were the food that kept him healthy.
“What is it”, he asked Herb, “that keeps you looking so good”?
With a twinkle and between munches of his chicken salad sandwich, Herb said one word: “chicken!”
I don’t believe the chicken or any other food has much to do with Herb’s longevity. I think it’s the spark of his wry sense of humor that benefits him.
But that’s his paradigm and his anti aging formula. What’s yours?
